Welcome to Clutch Co (clutchco.gg), operated by CLUTCHCO ESPORTS LLC, an Arizona limited liability company based in Mesa, Arizona. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services. By accessing our site, placing an order, or purchasing any products, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or services.

We try to keep this readable. No fine-print traps.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have parental/guardian consent, to use our site and place orders.

2. Products and Orders

We sell gaming apparel and accessories — t-shirts, stickers, and related gear — through clutchco.gg. All prices are listed in USD and exclude shipping and applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order — including for pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock issues. If we cancel an order you've already paid for, you'll receive a full refund to your original payment method.

3. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and detailed in our Shipping Policy. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and we currently ship to the United States only.

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and aren't guaranteed. Once a package is marked "delivered" by the carrier, responsibility for lost or stolen packages is handled per our Shipping Policy.

4. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in original condition with tags attached. Damaged, defective, or wrong items must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of receipt and inspection, and may take an additional 5–10 business days to post to your account depending on your bank or card issuer.

Stickers, accessories, gift cards, and final sale items are non-returnable. Full details, including how to start a return, are in our Return & Refund Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on clutchco.gg — including designs, logos, graphics, product photography, written content, and the Clutch Co name and branding — is owned by CLUTCHCO ESPORTS LLC or used under license. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, or use our designs or content for commercial purposes without written permission.

User-submitted content (reviews, photos, social tags using our hashtags) may be reposted by Clutch Co with credit. If you don't want your content reposted, just let us know.

6. Payments

We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods displayed at checkout. All payments are processed through secure third-party providers — we don't store full card numbers on our servers.

7. Limitation of Liability

Clutch Co's total liability for any order is limited to the purchase price of the product(s) in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the site or products.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, unless applicable consumer-protection law allows otherwise.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent change. Continued use of the site after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
