At Clutch Co, we ship from Arizona and work with trusted carriers to get your gear to you as fast as possible. Here's what to expect when you place an order.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to the United States (all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii).
International shipping is not available at this time, but we're working on it — follow us on Instagram or join our email list to be the first to know.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
During busy periods (product launches, sales, holidays), processing may take up to 5 business days. We'll email you if there's a significant delay.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
Once your order ships, estimated delivery times are:

Standard Shipping (USPS Ground Advantage): 3–7 business days

Priority Shipping (USPS Priority Mail): 2–4 business days

Expedited Shipping (UPS/FedEx): 1–3 business days (if offered at checkout)
Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and not guaranteed. Weather, holidays, and carrier delays can extend delivery windows.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected shipping method. The exact cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
Shipping fees from your original order are non-refundable, except where the return is our fault (wrong item sent, defective product, or damaged in shipping) — see our Return & Refund Policy for details.
We occasionally offer free shipping promotions on orders over a certain amount — keep an eye on the site or our email list for deals.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website (USPS, UPS, or FedEx).
If you don't receive a tracking email within 5 business days of ordering, check your spam folder or email us at info@clutchco.gg. We usually respond within 1–2 business days.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We ship to the address you provide and are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If you realize you entered the wrong address, contact us at info@clutchco.gg immediately. We'll do our best to update it before the order ships, but once a package is handed off to the carrier, we can't redirect it.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as "delivered" by the carrier, Clutch Co is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your tracking shows delivered but you didn't receive the package:

Check with neighbors and around your property

Wait 24–48 hours (carriers sometimes mark packages delivered prematurely)

Contact your local post office or carrier with the tracking number

File a claim with the carrier if needed
We'll help however we can, but we're unable to replace or refund packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your package arrives damaged, defective, or with the wrong item, email us at info@clutchco.gg within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and the item. We'll make it right — replacement or full refund, your choice — and we'll cover all shipping costs in these cases. Full details are in our Return & Refund Policy.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (wrong address, unclaimed, refused delivery), we'll contact you to arrange reshipment. Reshipping costs will be the customer's responsibility unless the error was on our end.
