Return & Refund Policy

At Clutch Co, we want you to actually love what you wear. If something isn't right, we've got a straightforward return and refund process — no runaround, no fine print traps.

Return Window

You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return. After 14 days, unfortunately we're unable to accept the return.

What Can Be Returned

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • In original condition with all tags attached

  • Free of stains, damage, or strong odors (cologne, smoke, pet hair, etc.)

  • In its original packaging where applicable

Items that don't meet these conditions may be refused or refunded at a reduced amount.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

  • Stickers, accessories, and final sale items are non-returnable

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" at checkout

  • Gift cards

  • Items damaged through normal wear or customer mishandling

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is our fault (wrong item sent, defective product, damaged in shipping) — we cover return shipping. We'll send you a prepaid return label.

  • If the return is a change of mind (wrong size, didn't like the fit, etc.) — the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Clutch Co isn't responsible for returns lost in transit.

Restocking Fees

No restocking fees. Ever. If your return is eligible, you get a full refund of the item price.

How Refunds Are Issued

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method — same card, same PayPal, same whatever-you-used.

  • Processing time: Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.

  • Bank posting time: Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different size or color is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order. This way you don't wait for us to receive, inspect, and then re-ship — you get your new piece faster.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll make it right — replacement or full refund, your choice. We'll cover all shipping costs in these cases.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at info@clutchco.gg with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps and, if applicable, a prepaid return label.

  3. Ship the item back in its original condition.

  4. Once received and inspected, your refund is processed within 3–5 business days.

We're a small brand run by a real person who plays CS2 and answers their own emails. If something weird happens with your order, just reach out — we'd rather solve it than make you fight a policy.
