At Clutch Co, we want you to actually love what you wear. If something isn't right, we've got a straightforward return and refund process — no runaround, no fine print traps.
Return Window
You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return. After 14 days, unfortunately we're unable to accept the return.
What Can Be Returned
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unworn and unwashed

In original condition with all tags attached

Free of stains, damage, or strong odors (cologne, smoke, pet hair, etc.)

In its original packaging where applicable
Items that don't meet these conditions may be refused or refunded at a reduced amount.
Items That Cannot Be Returned

Stickers, accessories, and final sale items are non-returnable

Items marked as "Final Sale" at checkout

Gift cards

Items damaged through normal wear or customer mishandling
Return Shipping Costs

If the return is our fault (wrong item sent, defective product, damaged in shipping) — we cover return shipping. We'll send you a prepaid return label.

If the return is a change of mind (wrong size, didn't like the fit, etc.) — the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Clutch Co isn't responsible for returns lost in transit.
Restocking Fees
No restocking fees. Ever. If your return is eligible, you get a full refund of the item price.
How Refunds Are Issued
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method — same card, same PayPal, same whatever-you-used.

Processing time: Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.

Bank posting time: Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different size or color is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order. This way you don't wait for us to receive, inspect, and then re-ship — you get your new piece faster.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll make it right — replacement or full refund, your choice. We'll cover all shipping costs in these cases.
How to Start a Return

We'll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps and, if applicable, a prepaid return label.

Ship the item back in its original condition.

Once received and inspected, your refund is processed within 3–5 business days.
