Return and Refund PolicyLast Updated: February 15, 2026 At Clutch Co, we strive for high-quality apparel you'll love. Since all items are print-on-demand and made-to-order specifically for you, our policy focuses on production/quality issues while complying with applicable laws and platform requirements. Eligible Returns/Refunds
We accept returns, refunds, or replacements only in these cases:

  • The item arrives damaged, defective, or with a clear production/printing error (e.g., misprint, wrong design applied, significant quality defect).

  • We shipped the incorrect item, size, or variant due to our error.

Ineligible for Returns/Refunds
We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse.

  • Wrong size chosen by the customer (please review our size charts carefully before ordering).

  • Minor color variations (due to screen differences, fabric/printing processes, or natural variations).

  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

  • Hygiene-related restrictions (if applicable to any items).

  • Custom/personalized designs that were printed correctly but no longer wanted.

Return Window
Contact us within 30 days of delivery date for any eligible issues. We recommend notifying us as soon as possible. Claims after 30 days cannot be processed.How to Request a Return, Refund, or Replacement

  1. Email us at info@clutchco.gg (mailto: info@clutchco.gg ) with:

    • Your order number.

    • Clear photos showing the issue (from multiple angles).

    • A brief description of the problem.

  2. We will review your request within 3–7 business days and respond with approval (or questions) and next steps. Do not ship anything back without our confirmation—unapproved returns may not be accepted or refunded.

  3. If approved, we'll provide the correct return address and instructions. Items must be returned unused/unworn in original condition/packaging (where possible).

Refunds and Replacements

  • For approved claims due to our error: We will issue a full refund to your original payment method or send a replacement (our choice, often preferred for production issues).

  • Refunds process within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is your responsibility unless the issue was entirely our fault (in which case we may cover or reimburse it).

  • No restocking fees apply for approved returns.

Order Cancellations
Cancellations are only possible before production begins. Contact us immediately at info@clutchco.gg if you need to cancel—once printing/fulfillment starts, orders cannot be canceled or refunded. We appreciate your understanding and want you to be thrilled with your Clutch Co gear! If something's not right, reach out—we're here to help.
